Hi Robert,
I understand that you're having trouble connecting your agents and are receiving an error message indicating that the connection has failed. The engineer suggested that you perform a telnet test from the server or PC from which you're trying to connect to the agent to determine if the port is closed.
To do this, please open the command prompt and type "telnet 192.198.201.26 9000". If you're unable to connect, it means that the port is closed and there may be an issue with the system firewall.
Please perform the telnet test and let me know the results so that I can help you resolve the problem.
Looking forward to your response.
Best regards,
